Requirements: MTN FOUNDATION (MTNF) SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SCHOLARSHIP, PHASE 5
The following documents are required for pre-award verification
1. One colour passport photograph
2. Your Diamond Yello Account Number and the Phone used to open same
3. Original and photocopy of VALID School identity card
4. Original and photocopy of any other means of identification (driver’s licence, international passport, national identity card,birth Certificate or voters Identity card) Please ensure that you bring all the required documents as failure to do so will result in disqualification and non-receipt of the award.(All Documents must be stapled together in the above order)
